45 g Kakaopulver
\u00bd TL Salz
120 ml Eiwei\u00df
85 g Zartbitter- oder Milchschokoladen-Drops
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
1 Glas So Vegan So Fein Pistaziencreme<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Heize den Ofen auf 190 \u00b0C vor und lege zwei Backbleche mit Backpapier aus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. R\u00fchre das Eiwei\u00df zusammen mit dem Puderzucker in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel, bis eine glatte, gl\u00e4nzende Masse entsteht und sich der Zucker vollst\u00e4ndig aufgel\u00f6st hat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. F\u00fcge Kakaopulver, Salz und Vanilleextrakt hinzu und hebe alles vorsichtig unter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Hebe die Schokoladen-Drops unter den Teig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Setze pro Cookie etwa 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Teig mit ausreichend Abstand auf das Backblech.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Backe die Cookies 2 Minuten bei 190 \u00b0C, reduziere dann die Temperatur auf 175 \u00b0C und backe sie weitere 9\u201312 Minuten, bis die Oberfl\u00e4che gl\u00e4nzt und aufrei\u00dft, w\u00e4hrend das Innere weich bleibt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Lasse die Cookies 5 Minuten auf dem Blech abk\u00fchlen und lege sie anschlie\u00dfend auf ein Gitter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Bestreiche oder betr\u00e4ufle die Cookies mit etwa 1 Essl\u00f6ffel So Vegan So Fein Pistaziencreme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
