Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

1 tbsp So Vegan So Fine white coconut spread
100 g margarine
200 g cream cheese
4 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before you begin.
- Place the margarine and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cream cheese and So Vegan So Fine white coconut spread and mix until combined.
- When adding the chocolate chips, remember to stir gently. This will prevent them from breaking and ensure they’re evenly distributed throughout the dip.
