Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip


Ingredients

1 tbsp So Vegan So Fine white coconut spread
100 g margarine
200 g cream cheese
4 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp chocolate chips




Instructions:

  1. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before you begin.
  2. Place the margarine and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the cream cheese and So Vegan So Fine white coconut spread and mix until combined.
  4. When adding the chocolate chips, remember to stir gently. This will prevent them from breaking and ensure they’re evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Transfer the chocolate chip cheesecake dip to a serving dish and garnish with additional chocolate chips, if desired.
