Pistachio Fluff Milk
Ingredients
Serves 2
2 tbsp So Vegan So Fine Pistachio Spread
10 ice cubes
100 ml aquafaba (from 1 can of chickpeas)
300 ml plant-based milk (Alpro This is not M*lk)
2 tbsp vanilla extract
4 pistachios (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Whip the aquafaba in a food processor or with an electric mixer on medium speed until it is light and fluffy.
- Gently fold the So Vegan So Fine Pistachio Spread into the whipped aquafaba. Stir well but not too long to prevent the spread from losing its airiness.
- Place the ice cubes in a beautiful glass.
- Pour the plant-based milk and vanilla extract over the ice.
- Spoon the fluffy pistachio cream on top of the plant-based milk.
- Optionally, garnish with a few chopped pistachios for added crunch.
Insert a straw and enjoy this refreshing and creamy pistachio ice drink!
