Pistachio Fluff Milk


Ingredients
Serves 2

2 tbsp So Vegan So Fine Pistachio Spread
10 ice cubes
100 ml aquafaba (from 1 can of chickpeas)
300 ml plant-based milk (Alpro This is not M*lk)
2 tbsp vanilla extract
4 pistachios (optional, for garnish)




Instructions:

  1. Whip the aquafaba in a food processor or with an electric mixer on medium speed until it is light and fluffy.
  2. Gently fold the So Vegan So Fine Pistachio Spread into the whipped aquafaba. Stir well but not too long to prevent the spread from losing its airiness.
  3. Place the ice cubes in a beautiful glass.
  4. Pour the plant-based milk and vanilla extract over the ice.
  5. Spoon the fluffy pistachio cream on top of the plant-based milk.
  6. Optionally, garnish with a few chopped pistachios for added crunch.

    Insert a straw and enjoy this refreshing and creamy pistachio ice drink!
